The loan has officially funded! The title company can now legally disburse the money. If you agreed to a post-closing occupancy agreement or have an unresolved minor repair issue, a specific portion of your profit may be held in a temporary 'Escrow Holdback' account. Once conditions are verified met, the title officer releases the remaining funds to your bank via wire transfer.
